Every team begins with a comprehensive performance evaluation so we can understand your athletes’ strengths, movement quality, power output, and game-specific needs. Using this data, we build a targeted training program designed to improve strength, speed, power, agility, and decision-making, while reducing injury risk and improving team cohesiveness.

No two teams are the same. Your program is built around:

  • Sport demands (soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, etc.)
  • Season phase (off-season, pre-season, in-season)
  • Team schedule & availability
  • Training frequency (1 - 3 sessions per week)

You choose the frequency, most teams train 1 - 3x per week, depending on season and goals.
